Caroline is a Project Manager, in ISS at NUI Galway, a role she has held since 2012. Formerly the VLE system administrator, for nine years, where she had the responsibility for the design and ongoing delivery of the VLE service.

Recently, as the project manager for the Online Result Entry project, her work was focused on the delivery of a new enterprise, user friendly online results solution using a secure data integration and messaging layer. This project enabled her to combine two of her primary areas of interest, implementation of business process change and enterprise application data integration.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computing from WIT and a Masters in Software and Information Systems from NUI, Galway.
