As educators we constantly strive to integrate the use of technology into the classroom to provide technology enhanced learning. As part of the “What Works and Why” project funded by the National Forum, the ISS unit within DCU designed this project to extend the use of technology enhanced learning beyond the classroom.

We wanted to make it easy for students to access the right tools from the first day that they arrive in the University. We identified five Google Chrome extensions* that we have embedded in each students profile on Google Chrome. This short presentation outlines our experience with adding extensions to student profiles as well as demonstrating which extensions that we chose.
