The roll out of Office 365 has changed the way we work: empowering collaboration and promoting a culture of anytime, anywhere accessibility. However, what happens after the roll out? How do we support our users? In many cases, we are learning as we go and using only a small percentage of the available functionality.

In an effort to support staff of Maynooth University in becoming familiar with Office 365 and its suite of applications, IT Services launched a pilot with Lynda.com, to address this need for Office 365 training. This talk will outline the implementation and the results of this pilot.
